At HypeWalk, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds may be requested, the conditions that apply, and how the process works.

HypeWalk reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

  • Email address used at checkout
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos of the item, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

After receiving your request, HypeWalk will review the information and provide return instructions if the request is approved.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from HypeWalk.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact HypeWalk at support@hypewalk-official.com as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable
  • A clear description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, HypeWalk may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, HypeWalk will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error by HypeWalk, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by an error from HypeWalk.

HypeWalk is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, when clearly marked as non-refundable
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products, if applicable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

HypeWalk may offer exchanges when available, depending on product stock and the reason for the request.
